For example searching for Sony LCD Display will allow you to filter by CNET Reviews, Best Buy, Walmart, Dell and other major online retailers. It’s also available an option to search by category – in this case shopping sites only.

Searching for example ‘Valencia’ will have filters like from Wikipedia or Travel cites only.

Yahoo search also claimed to have better analyses the search user’s habit over a certain period of time. That way the search engine supposes to come up with logical connections between past and present searches.

Google signed an agreement to acquire AdMob, a mobile display advertising company based in San Mateo, CA. AdMob was founded in 2006 by Omar Hamoui. Over the past few years, Omar and his talented team have built a thriving company with great mobile advertising products.

For publishers of mobile websites and applications, this deal should offer better products and tools and more effective monetization of their content.

For advertisers who want to reach users when they are engaged with mobile content, this deal expects to bring better, more relevant ads and greater reach. It will also offer more interesting and engaging ad formats.

Finday is an innovative social web directory and search engine. The search engine claims to be the first global directory of websites commented and evaluated on by users. Finday also stands to be the only website that is based human criteria rather than statistical ranking system.

Finday is designed to be simple and intuitive. The user searches for a word or phrase on the Internet as they would on any other search engine, Finday then uses the powerful Google engine to present the same results the user is used to getting. On the same listing the user will also be able to see the scores which have been given by other users to the various sites shown according to parameters such as quality, confidence level, activity, price or design as well as opinions and comments about each site. This way, you’ll be directed to the best valued sites without having to waste time surfing the web and clicking on each result to find exactly what you are looking for.

Finday (http://finday.com) currently supports English and Spanish languages.
